All residents of the Village of Waterford vote in the lower level of Village Hall, 123 N. River Street. (note: If your house number is more than three numbers long, you are not a Village of Waterford resident. You are most likely a Town of Waterford resident and should vote at the Town Hall.
  

Voter ID

Voter ID is now the law. Early In-Person Absentee Voting

For the November 6th General Election, early In-person absentee voting will be available in the clerk's office two weeks prior to the election (starting October 22nd - through November 2nd).  The absentee voting hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 on Fridays, and on the last Friday, November 2nd, you can vote until 5:00 pm.
